What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, state, and basic facts about the estate (whether there's a will, whether it includes property, a rough value band). If you only read the site, we collect no personal information at all.

Analytics without tracking

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views. It uses no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not follow you across other websites.

How quote details are used

Quote form submissions are shared with up to three law firms licensed in your state, solely so they can send you a quote. Firms are required to use your details only for responding to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists, or share your details with anyone else.

Storage and deletion

Submissions are stored securely by our enquiry-handling provider. To have your details deleted, email hello@getprobatehelp.com.au and we'll confirm removal from our systems and notify any firm that received your enquiry.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time using the email above.
